The decision to expand into more offices which is expected to eventually house up to 100 additional E4B employees, follows a rapid increase in staff over the last year to support its extensively growing SME customer base: and this fast-paced period of growth is not expected to slow-down.

E4B are also keen to use the premises to house additional IT systems and resources to match this growth and reinforce the technological infrastructure already in place. Other than experienced staff, industry-leading technology is at the forefront of E4B's success; as a result the second site will enable growth in technological capabilities and high levels of data security. It will also give a disaster recovery failover environment should the need arise.
